Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and connect with potential partners such as sports academies, clubs, institutions, corporates, and sports brands to explore collaboration opportunities.
Partnership & Proposal Development:
Collaborate with management to create impactful proposals, sponsorship decks, and business presentations for sports-related programs and campaigns.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate partnership terms, finalize agreements, and close deals to achieve business and revenue targets.
Onboarding & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners and the successful execution of events, programs, or collaborations.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and sponsors to ensure continued engagement and repeat opportunities.
Market Research & Growth Strategy:
Analyze sports industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to develop innovative business strategies.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Deep passion for sports, fitness, and community development.
Ability to identify business opportunities and develop creative partnership models.

Preferred Qualifications:
