The person should be experienced and should have handled multiple responsibilities in a School Group/ Event management - Sports or related Industry. Candidate should be well educated preferably BPED-MPED or MBA/ Sports Management / Bachelors from Top institute with myriad experience/ etc Good communication skills, people management skills and extremely hands on with MIS/ Data Management / Presentation skills/ Knowledge of AI is a must. Should have worked in pressure situations wherein the person was dealing with multiple departments / multiple agencies and working on tight timelines for managing multiple events / workforce management at the same time. Experience - 5 yrs+ Education - BPED/ MPED/ Bachelors from Top Institute/ Sports Management / MBA Salary Bracket - 40-60K Position Location - Bhubaneswar Designation - Operation Manager - Sports - ODM Education Group.( Sports Coordinator) Responsibility - Coordinating and managing Sports operations across ODM Schools.
