The Shri Ram Universal School, Greater Noida West is looking for committed individuals to compliment our qualified educators in our school. As a Shri Educator you will be responsible for adding the 'fun' in learning and ensuring that each child enjoys the school experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to form a connect with students and create a relationship of mutual love and trust. They will know how to ease the transition from home to school and make school a happy place.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Determining ability and skill levels among students before setting up training programs.
• Developing and implementing training programs that focus on improving technique, stroke placement, speed, and style.
• Teaching brand new sport styles or techniques.
• Educating students on safety and providing lifesaving training sessions (as applicable).
• Using a range of activities to improve confidence among students while playing a sport.
• Recording training sessions in order to analyze techniques, and monitor progress.
• Setting training goals and objectives for teams as well as individual players.
• Teaching and perfecting skills in various sports (as applicable).
• Ensuring the playing fields/ training area is clean, well-maintained, and free of hazards.
• Scouting players and preparing teams for school & individual tournaments.

Age: 20 to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of academic training experience in a school of repute.
Qualification: We are looking for a certified sports instructor/coach.
