Conduct training sessions and practice drills for students in the respective sports discipline.
Develop individualized and team-based training programs to improve skills, fitness, and sportsmanship.
Organize and manage intra-school and inter-school sports events and competitions.
Monitor and assess the progress and performance of students regularly.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during training sessions.
Maintain sports equipment and facilities in good condition.
Collaborate with school staff to promote sports as a key part of student life.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a coach in the respective sport.
Relevant certifications or training in sports coaching (preferred).
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Ability to work with children and teenagers.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive sports environment.
