Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Padel Coaches to join our team in Bengaluru. You'll be responsible for leading engaging group sessions and providing personalized private lessons to players of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching Sessions:

Plan and deliver high-quality Padel coaching for players of varying skill levels.

Group Classes:

Conduct engaging and structured group sessions, focusing on technical skills, strategy, and game play.

Private Lessons:

Provide tailored one-on-one coaching to help individuals improve specific aspects of their game.

Player Development:

Track and communicate player progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.

Facility Support:

Assist with on-court management and ensure a positive, safe, and fun environment for all players.

Who You Are:

A certified racquet sport coach or possesses a strong playing background with a proven ability to teach. Passionate about Padel and committed to helping players improve. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and a great team player. Flexible and able to manage a dynamic coaching schedule.
