Sports Infrastructure Consultant (Sales Focus)

Bangalore

We're a growing company specializing in sports flooring and infrastructure solutions. We're looking for a motivated consultant to drive sales and growth in the sports infrastructure sector.

As a Sports Infrastructure Consultant, you'll identify business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive sales of our sports flooring solutions (PP tiles, acrylic surfaces, etc.). You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and sports facility managers to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sports infrastructure (schools, clubs, academies, govt. projects)

- Develop and execute sales strategies for sports flooring products

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

- Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting (sports infrastructure or construction preferred)

- Strong understanding of sports infrastructure or a willingness to learn

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- MBA or relevant degree preferred
