We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sports Academy Manager to join our team at TOSS Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties and promotional marketing activities to enhance the academy's visibility and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the academy, ensuring smooth functioning of training and facilities. Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and athlete admissions. Develop training programs, tournaments, and events in coordination with coaches. Handle budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. Promote the academy through marketing, partnerships, and community outreach. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sports regulations. Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management / Physical Education / Business Administration (MBA or PG in Sports Management preferred). 10-15 years of experience in sports administration, academy management, or operations. Prior experience in managing teams, athletes, or educational/sports institutions.
