The Sales & Partnership Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sponsorship sales, ad/media sales, and business development initiatives. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts to achieve business and revenue goals. The role works closely with internal teams to deliver impactful commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sponsorship, advertising, and media sales across events, digital platforms, and marketing properties
Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and corporate partners
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
Develop customized sales proposals and partnership decks aligned with client objectives
Identify new markets, sectors, and growth opportunities
Client & Partnership Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and partners
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners
Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for campaign and partnership execution
Revenue & Performance Management
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Track sales performance, deal closures, and pipeline health
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for leadership
Ensure delivery of value-driven solutions for clients
Performance & Growth
Expand the client base and partnership network
Increase sponsorship and media sales revenue
Improve deal conversion rates and client retention
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience
3-6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, sponsorship sales, or ad/media sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Experience working with brands, agencies, or corporate clients
Strong B2B sales and negotiation experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term client and partner relationships
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Good understanding of sponsorship, advertising, and media ecosystems
