What You'll Be Doing:
Identify and Approach Potential Sponsors:
Research and reach out to pharmaceutical companies, medical device firms, hospitals, and healthcare brands.
Create Sponsorship Proposals:
Develop tailored, impactful sponsorship packages to align with client goals.
Sales Outreach & Lead Management:
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate and manage sponsorship leads.
Negotiate & Close Deals:
Engage senior decision-makers to finalize sponsorships for our international medical events.
Build Long-Term Partnerships:
Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential sponsors.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with marketing and event teams to deliver exceptional sponsor experiences.
What We're Looking For:
1 year of sponsorship sales or B2B sales experience
(healthcare or education sector preferred).
Understanding of event sponsorship models and the ability to pitch value effectively.
Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Experience in the UAE market
is a plus (network in healthcare industry is an added bonus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
