Responsibility :



Research and identify potential sponsors that fit the event Reach out to new sponsors through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to each sponsor's needs Negotiate sponsorship packages and close deals to meet sales targets Work with internal teams (like marketing and operations) to ensure sponsor deliverables are met Provide regular sales updates and reports to your manager Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Represent the company professionally at meetings, calls, and events
