Key Responsibilities
Drive sponsorship sales for Hurun events by building and nurturing client relationships.
Research, identify, and engage corporate leads for sponsorship opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
Achieve defined sales targets within timelines, providing weekly and monthly progress reports.
Collaborate with the department head on strategy, market analysis, and execution.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Travel as required to develop and maintain client relationships.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales, sponsorship, or related business development.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, results-driven "go-getter" with a passion for impactful change.
Leadership qualities aligned with Hurun India's ambitious vision.
Excellent academic background preferred, though attitude and drive matter most.
Immediate Objectives
Identify and convert corporate sponsorship leads.
Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements.
Consistently achieve sales targets.
Deliver timely sales reports and insights.
Support strategic sales efforts and promotional initiatives.
