This role directly contributes to the financial success of our events and enhances the overall experience for attendees by bringing valuable partnerships to the table.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and prospect potential sponsors through market research, networking, and industry events to expand our sponsorship pipeline.- Develop customized sponsorship packages that align with the needs and objectives of potential sponsors to maximize revenue generation.- Present sponsorship opportunities to prospective clients through compelling presentations and proposals to secure commitments.- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure all terms and conditions are met to protect the company's interests.- Manage relationships with existing sponsors, providing ongoing support and ensuring fulfillment of all contractual obligations to foster long-term partnerships.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight sponsors and their contributions to enhance event visibility.- Track sponsorship revenue and performance, providing regular reports to management to inform strategic decision-making.- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential sponsors and stay abreast of market trends to identify new opportunities.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sponsorship strategies.- Proven track record in corporate sales, B2B marketing, and client engagement.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and event management practices.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
