Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected
Sponsorship Manager
to lead and execute strategic partnerships and sponsorship acquisition for Mr. Cosmo India. You will play a pivotal role in funding, scaling, and branding the national event and its associated media campaigns, state franchises, and talent verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and close
national and regional sponsors
across categories (FMCG, fashion, tech, grooming, media, etc.)
Create compelling
sponsorship decks
, packages, and customized proposals
Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand teams, agencies, and decision-makers
Work with the marketing and events team to
integrate sponsors into our campaign narrative
Lead
negotiation, contracting, and deliverable tracking
for all sponsor commitments
Innovate new monetization opportunities via
co-branded events, digital activations, and influencer collaborations
Act as the
primary contact for all sponsor servicing
and post-event ROI reporting
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
sponsorship sales / brand partnerships / business development
(events, media, entertainment, or sports)
Strong understanding of
branding, ROI frameworks, and marketing deliverables
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding
revenue targets
High ownership, self-initiative, and ability to work in an agile, high-pressure environment
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field
Bonus Points For
Network in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, grooming, automobile, or premium brands
Experience working in
pageants, televised properties, or influencer campaigns
Flair for storytelling and creative packaging of brand narratives
Willingness to
travel for meetings, auditions, or event activations
