Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire sponsors aligned with event themes and target audiences
Create sponsorship decks, proposals, and pitch presentations
Negotiate and close sponsorship deals independently
Manage sponsor relationships before, during, and after events
Ensure end-to-end sponsorship fulfilment including branding, stalls, speaking slots, and digital exposure
Coordinate with internal marketing, design, content, and event teams
Prepare post-event reports and ROI presentations for sponsors
Conduct market research to identify new sponsorship opportunities and trends
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or event sales
Proven experience in identifying, acquiring, and managing sponsors
Strong experience in pitching, negotiations, and deal closures
Hands-on experience managing sponsor engagement across the event lifecycle
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work from Mumbai office (outstation candidates not eligible)
Maximum notice period: 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the events industry
Exposure to startup ecosystem events or business conferences
