Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors aligned with business objectives
Develop customized sponsorship proposals and partnership packages
Pitch sponsorship opportunities to brands and decision-makers
Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship deals
Manage end-to-end sponsor relationships, from onboarding to fulfillment
Coordinate with internal marketing, events, and operations teams to deliver sponsorship commitments
Track sponsorship performance, ROI, and prepare post-campaign reports
Maintain accurate records of sponsorship leads and deals using CRM tools
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and sponsorship best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or alliance management
Proven ability to negotiate and close commercial deals
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple sponsors and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus
