Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure new sponsorship opportunities aligned with Beast Drive's brand goals
Develop strong relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
Create tailored sponsorship proposals and pitch decks
Negotiate sponsorship packages and close high-value deals
Manage end-to-end sponsorship activation, including deliverables, timelines, and ROI tracking
Collaborate with marketing, events, and sales teams to ensure partnership success
Analyze sponsorship performance and produce regular reports for leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnership management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
Knowledge of the market and ability to identify brand-aligned sponsors
Proficiency in CRM and proposal tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
