Sponsorship Head

Key Responsibilities

:

Sponsorship Strategy & Revenue Generation

: Develop and implement comprehensive sponsorship strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Prospecting & Outreach

: Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with event objectives. Initiate contact and build relationships to secure sponsorships.

Proposal Development

: Create tailored sponsorship proposals and pitch decks that effectively communicate value propositions to potential sponsors.

Negotiation & Contracting

: Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and documented.

Relationship Management

: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring fulfillment of sponsorship benefits and exploring opportunities for renewal and upselling.

Event Collaboration

: Work closely with event planning and marketing teams to integrate sponsor requirements into event execution, ensuring sponsor satisfaction and visibility.

Performance Tracking

: Monitor and report on sponsorship performance metrics, analyzing ROI to inform future strategies.

Market Analysis

: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with large-scale corporate events and exhibitions. Established network within the corporate sector. Familiarity with digital marketing and virtual event platforms. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and events.

Performance Metrics

Achievement of annual sponsorship revenue targets. Number of new sponsors acquired and retained. Sponsor satisfaction and renewal rates. Timely and successful execution of sponsorship deliverables. Quality and effectiveness of sponsorship proposals and presentations.
