Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the sponsorship strategy for the event/brand
Identify potential sponsors and build a strong pipeline of prospects
Create customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks
Lead negotiations and close high-value sponsorship deals
Build long-term relationships with brand partners and clients
Coordinate deliverables, brand integrations, and post-event reports
Work with internal teams (marketing, creative, production) to execute partner campaigns
Track sponsorship revenue targets and report to senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven track record in sponsorship, business development, or brand partnerships
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Ability to create compelling brand pitches and proposals
High level of professionalism and confidence during meetings and presentations
Experience in events, media, sports, or lifestyle industries
Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, and CRM software
