Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sponsorship Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in securing top-tier sponsors for events. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, initiating contact, building relationships, and convincing them to partner with us. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities: * Identify Potential Sponsors: Research and identify companies and organizations that align with our event\'s target audience and mission.

• Cold Calling & Outreach: Make high-volume, targeted outreach calls to decision-makers, introducing our event\'s value proposition and sponsorship opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential sponsors, acting as the main point of contact.
• Pitch & Convince: Present tailored sponsorship proposals that highlight benefits, ROI, and exclusive opportunities to convince sponsors to commit.
• Negotiate & Close: Effectively negotiate sponsorship packages and secure agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Follow-Up & Support: Maintain regular communication with sponsors before, during, and after the event to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Reporting & Documentation: Track outreach activities, responses, and deal status using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition, business development, or sales.
• Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle rejections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data tracking.
• Passion for events, marketing, and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Established network of contacts within industries such as technology, finance, FMCG, or entertainment.
• Previous experience in securing high-value sponsors for events, conferences, or large-scale campaigns.
