Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and quality of sponges
Operate and maintain baking equipment and ovens
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve perfect results
Assist with daily production planning and stock usage
Report any equipment or quality issues to the supervisor
