Trains students in Spoken English, communication skills, confidence-building, and professional behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Spoken English classes covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
Improve students' communication skills, body language, and public speaking.
Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and presentations.
Organise activities like debates, role-plays, conversations, and mock interviews.
Provide one-on-one mentoring and track individual progress.
Create lesson plans, practice worksheets, assessments, and maintain class reports.
Skills Required
Excellent command over English (spoken + grammar).
Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
Confident personality, good grooming, and positive attitude.
Teaching/training/public speaking skills.
Qualification
Graduate (English / Psychology / HR / Hospitality preferred).
1-2 years of teaching/training experience OR excellent communication skills for freshers.
