We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping learners develop their communication skills, improve their fluency, and build confidence in using English in real-life situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct spoken English classes for students of varying proficiency levels. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and interactive learning activities. Provide feedback and individual attention to improve student performance. Use audio-visual aids, role plays, and group discussions to enhance learning. Prepare students for interviews, public speaking, and professional communication. Track progress and maintain performance reports. Adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback.

Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Graduation in English/Literature/Communication or any relevant field (preferred). Previous experience in teaching/training (added advantage but not mandatory). Certification in TESOL/TEFL (preferred, but not essential).

Pay: From ?10,075.48 per month
