15-day residential communication program

As a

Spoken English Trainer

at Lexford Academy, you will work closely with students aiming to enhance their fluency, accuracy, and confidence in English. Your role involves planning and conducting

interactive sessions

, developing students'

public speaking

,

debate

,

interview

and

presentation skills

, and offering continuous feedback and motivation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily live sessions for advanced learners in a residential setup Design engaging speaking activities, role plays, and confidence-building exercises Focus on pronunciation, fluency, and spontaneous communication Support students with mock interviews and real-life speaking practice Collaborate with other trainers for smooth delivery of the program

Requirements:

Excellent fluency in spoken English Previous experience in spoken English or communication training (preferred) Energetic, student-friendly, and proactive approach Ability to stay on campus during the program (accommodation provided)
