Job summary:

We are seeking Spoken English Trainer to develop and implement engaging lesson plans aimed at improving students' spoken English proficiency. This includes assessing speaking abilities, providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lessons focused on speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and listening skills. Provide one-on-one personal assistance to address individual difficulties and boost learner confidence. Support students throughout the learning process by answering queries, offering constructive feedback, and encouraging regular practice. Monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes. Organize speaking activities such as role-plays, group discussions, presentations, and conversational exercises to enhance fluency. Communicate regularly with students, parents, or institutions regarding progress and areas needing improvement.
