We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their communication, pronunciation, and confidence in the English language. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, assessing student progress, and fostering an interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills classes for students of various levels (Beginner to Advanced).
Design and deliver lessons focused on speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
Use interactive methods such as role plays, group discussions, debates, and presentations to enhance learning.
Evaluate student performance through oral tests, feedback sessions, and continuous assessments.
Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and class performance records.
Motivate and guide learners to build confidence in using English in real-life situations.
Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials suited to student needs.
Stay updated on modern teaching methodologies and communication trends.
