About the Role:
FindMyGuru is hiring skilled Spoken English Trainers to help learners improve communication, fluency, pronunciation, and confidence for personal, academic, and professional use. Trainers should be comfortable teaching grammar, vocabulary building, public speaking, and real-life conversation practice through structured and interactive sessions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging online/offline Spoken English classes for beginners to advanced learners.
Teach grammar fundamentals, sentence construction, pronunciation, and fluency techniques.
Provide practice activities--role plays, conversations, debates, and storytelling.
Share daily speaking tasks and evaluate learner performance.
Customize lessons according to learner goals (career, communication, interviews, etc.).
Track progress and provide continuous improvement feedback.
Who Can Apply:
Graduates from any discipline (English preferred but not mandatory).
1+ years of Spoken English or communication training experience preferred.
Excellent command of spoken/written English and neutral accent.
Ability to simplify concepts and motivate learners.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
