About the Role:
FindMyGuru is looking for creative and child-friendly Spoken English Trainers to teach kids (6-12 years) and teens (13-17 years). Trainers should use storytelling, activities, games, phonics, and interactive methods to make learning enjoyable and impactful.
Responsibilities:
Conduct fun and activity-based English speaking sessions.
Teach phonics, vocabulary, grammar basics, and sentence framing.
Improve kids' pronunciation, reading, and conversational confidence.
Use worksheets, visuals, and age-appropriate teaching tools.
Regularly update parents about progress and learning milestones.
Create a positive and safe learning environment for all students.
Who Can Apply:
Graduates in any field (English/Teaching background preferred).
Experience in teaching kids/teens is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and child-handling skills.
Creative teaching approach and patience.
