Job Description

We are looking for a confident, passionate, and experienced

English Trainer

to conduct engaging and interactive English language sessions for students/working professionals. The trainer should have excellent communication skills and the ability to teach grammar, spoken English, writing, and personality development topics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills classes. Train students in Conversation Skills, Public Speaking, Pronunciation, and Fluency building. Prepare lesson plans and customize teaching methods based on learner levels. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain class discipline and ensure an interactive learning environment. Use audio-visual tools and practical activities to enhance learning. Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, group discussions, and presentation sessions. Maintain attendance records and training reports.

Requirements

Excellent command of English (spoken & written). Strong grammar knowledge and ability to simplify concepts. Prior experience as an English/IELTS/Spoken English Trainer preferred. Pleasant personality and good classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages. Graduation/Post-graduation in English, Education, or related field (preferred). Comfortable with offline/online teaching (as applicable).
