About the Role:

We are looking for a

motivated and confident male Communication Trainer

to deliver communication and personality development sessions in schools. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students and staff using our

exclusive SmartTalk curriculum and training techniques.

Comprehensive training will be provided before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging communication and spoken English sessions for students and school staff. Understand and implement SmartTalk's curriculum, training techniques, and methodology effectively. Adapt teaching style according to the level and understanding of different student groups. Facilitate activities and interactive sessions to enhance confidence and fluency. Monitor learner progress and share regular feedback and reports. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during sessions. Be

flexible

with travel schedules and willing to work in different school environments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred). Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Willingness to

travel frequently

as per school assignments. Ability to adapt quickly to different age groups and learning levels. Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage (but not mandatory). Candidates must be open to

undergoing training

before taking up sessions.

Salary & Benefits:

?25,000 - ?40,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills). Travel allowance as per company policy. Initial training and certification provided by SmartTalk. Opportunity for growth and nationwide exposure.
