We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Spoken English Trainer to help learners improve their communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should have strong command over spoken English, effective teaching methods, and the ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds. This role involves delivering interactive sessions, assessing student progress, and creating a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging
spoken English classes
focusing on fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence building.
Design and deliver
lesson plans, practice activities, and learning materials
tailored to learner needs.
Use interactive methodologies such as
role-plays, debates, group discussions, and presentations
.
Assess learners' performance through tests, feedback sessions, and continuous monitoring.
Provide
individualized support
to help students overcome communication challenges.
Maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages participation.
Stay updated with modern teaching techniques, ESL methodologies, and communication trends.
Prepare reports on learner progress and share insights with management or stakeholders.
Conduct demo sessions or workshops when required.
