Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver

Communicative English

lessons that build students' fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. Conduct

interactive classroom activities

such as group discussions, debates, role plays, presentations, and storytelling. Prepare and implement

lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments

aligned with

CBSE curriculum standards

. Use

audio-visual aids, language labs, and digital tools

to make lessons engaging and effective. Monitor student progress through regular

assessments and feedback sessions

. Motivate students to use English confidently in

academic, social, and real-life settings

. Participate in

language development programs, school events, and teacher training workshops

. Collaborate with colleagues and maintain accurate

student performance records

.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in

English / English Literature / Linguistics / Functional English

or a related field.

1-4 years of teaching experience

in

English / Communicative English / Spoken English / Soft Skills training

. Excellent

spoken and written English communication skills

. Strong ability to teach

grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills

effectively. Familiarity with

modern teaching methodologies

and

digital learning platforms

. Creative, energetic, and student-focused teaching approach. Prior experience as an

English Faculty

,

English Educator

, or

Academic English Trainer

preferred.

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000/-per months
