Job Description

We are seeking a Spoken English Teacher for Real-World Communication who can train learners to think, speak, and respond naturally in English. The training will be activity-based and communication-focused, aimed at preparing learners for real-life and professional situations rather than academic grammar learning.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct spoken English classes focused on real-life communication Train students using activity-based learning (role plays, discussions, speaking tasks, games, etc.) Help learners improve fluency, pronunciation, sentence formation, and confidence Explain grammar only as needed for speaking, in a simple and practical way Follow the curriculum and teaching structure designed by the institute Maintain class discipline, engagement, and learning outcomes Handle student inquiries and walk-in enquiries professionally Support basic social media activities (posting class updates, short content, reels/posts as guided) Track student progress and provide regular feedback Coordinate with the institute for schedules, batches, and reporting

Eligibility & Skills Required

Graduate in

English

(BA/MA in English preferred) Prior experience in

spoken English training

(institute or online) Strong command over

spoken English and practical grammar usage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage learners through

interactive and activity-based teaching

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook) Patient, confident, and learner-focused attitude

Working Hours

Timing:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon - Sat)

Lunch Break:

1 hour

Remuneration

?9,000 per month (Net in-hand)
