Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spoken English Trainer with proven experience in language training, communication skill development, and student engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective and interactive sessions that help learners improve their fluency, pronunciation, grammar accuracy, and overall confidence in spoken English.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging online/offline Spoken English classes for beginner to advanced-level students. Design and deliver structured lesson plans focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills. Assess the communication level of learners and customize training modules accordingly. Facilitate group discussions, debates, role-plays, and real-life speaking activities to enhance communication. Track student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain training records. Prepare study materials, worksheets, and real-time practice exercises. Support students in interview preparation, public speaking, and personality development when required. Maintain a motivating, positive, and learner-centric classroom environment.

Requirements

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Spoken English Trainer, Communication Coach, or ESL Educator. Excellent command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to teach students of different age groups and proficiency levels. Comfortable using digital tools, online teaching platforms, and content creation.
