Key Responsibilities

Conduct Classes
: Teach spoken English to students of varying levels (beginner to advanced), focusing on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and listening skills.
Lesson Planning
: Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students' needs and language proficiency levels.
Interactive Learning
: Use a range of teaching methods (group discussions, role-plays, interactive exercises) to engage students and foster a communicative learning environment.
Assessments
: Assess students' progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and verbal evaluations. Provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Cultural Exposure
: Teach students about cultural contexts and idiomatic expressions to enhance their practical use of English in real-life situations.
Individual Attention
: Offer one-on-one tutoring sessions when necessary to help struggling students improve their speaking abilities.
Classroom Management

Administrative Duties
