Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Spoken English & Soft Skills Trainer to guide learners in improving their communication abilities, confidence, personality development, and workplace readiness. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English with strong training skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners of diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging Spoken English and Soft Skills training sessions.

Teach communication basics, grammar, vocabulary, public speaking, and conversational English.

Train students on soft skills such as confidence building, body language, presentation skills, teamwork, and workplace etiquette.

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments.

Provide one-on-one feedback and support for student improvement.

Organize practice sessions, group discussions, role plays, and real-life communication activities.

Track student progress and maintain performance reports.

Participate in curriculum development and trainer meetings.

Conduct both online and offline classes as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (English / Communication-related background preferred).

Excellent command of Spoken English and interpersonal communication.

Prior training or teaching experience (preferred).

Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Passion for teaching and student development.

Working Hours

Full-time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
