Job Description

Role Summary:

Deliver placement-linked Spoken English and Soft Skills training to unemployed youth under skill development programs, with active involvement in mobilization, training, and placement support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support mobilization and enrollment of unemployed youth.

Train candidates in Spoken English, communication, soft skills, interview skills, and workplace etiquette.

Conduct interactive sessions, role plays, group discussions, and mock interviews.

Prepare trainees to be job-ready as per industry requirements.

Assist in placement coordination, employer interaction, and follow-ups.

Maintain attendance, assessments, and basic MIS documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (English/Communication preferred).

Good spoken English and training skills.

Experience in skill development or placement-linked training preferred.

Ability to motivate and manage youth batches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,525.70 - ₹25,038.56 per month
