Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive sessions on Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality Development.
Plan and deliver lessons that help students improve fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
Organize group discussions, interviews, and presentation activities to enhance confidence.
Guide students in professional etiquette, grooming, and public speaking.
Monitor and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, patient, and motivational teaching style.
Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Communication, or related field preferred.
Prior teaching/training experience in Spoken English or Personality Development will be an advantage.
