Job Description

Responsibilities:

Teach

Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality Development

to students. Plan and deliver engaging lessons focusing on

grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency

. Conduct

speaking practice sessions, group discussions, role plays, and activities

to improve confidence. Assess student performance and provide

individual feedback & improvement plans

. Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities. Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Coordinate with academic team regarding student progress. Support institute during

admissions events, demo classes, and workshops

if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline;

English proficiency must be strong

. Prior experience as a Spoken English/Communication Trainer preferred. Excellent

verbal communication skills

and clear pronunciation. Ability to manage classes and handle students of different levels. Confident, patient, and learner-focused teaching approach. Basic computer knowledge for hybrid/online classes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹100.00 - ?1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 9 per week
