We are looking for a dynamic and passionate

Spoken English & Personality Development Trainer

to train students and working professionals in effective communication, confidence building, and overall personality enhancement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary Deliver personality development modules including confidence building, body language, public speaking, and interview skills Design and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and role-plays Assess students' communication levels and provide constructive feedback Prepare students for interviews, presentations, and professional communication Maintain training quality and ensure student progress and satisfaction Support students with individual attention and mentoring when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Spoken English or Soft Skills Trainer Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills Ability to motivate and engage students effectively Familiarity with modern teaching methods and interactive learning techniques
Preferred Experience:

Experience working in training institutes or educational organizations Knowledge of corporate communication and professional etiquette Experience training students, freshers, or working professionals
