Job Description

- To coordinate with State Head, State Project Managers and District Managers and VLEs for

achieving the Life Insurance Target in the State

.

- responsibility to

coordinate with state head

to agreed criteria and budgets and plan to maximise efficiency, best value and performance

- contribute to

training and development of the team and organisation

as a whole

- assist teams in

achieving maximum customer and VLE satisfaction

in accordance with CSC SPV plans

-- effective

liaison, support and assistance with all Insurance Companies

working with CSC SPV

-To

run campaigns in close coordination with all stakeholders

for accelerating insurance business in the state

To

support Central team in promotion of business in the state

and provide feedback for corrective action and support for achieving higher growth.

To

travel to districts for conducting/ participating in district workshops

and district review, as well as meeting Area Heads and Cluster Managers of Insurance Companies

- reporting (content and format as agreed) on monthly basis or as otherwise required

From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
