Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SPM designing
- Strong knowledge of Special Purpose Machines and industrial automation
- Proficiency in CAD software for 3D machine design
- Experience in designing fixture & gauges for SPMs
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare detailed drawings and documentation
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Designing and developing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) based on client requirements
- Creating 3D machine designs using CAD software
- Designing fixture & gauges for SPMs
- Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure effective machine design
- Implementing industrial automation techniques to enhance machine efficiency
- Preparing detailed drawings and documentation for machine assembly
- Conducting feasibility studies and analyzing technical issues
- Providing technical support and guidance to the production team
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
