The SPM Automation Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Special Purpose Machines and automation solutions that meet technical and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop concept designs and detailed engineering for SPMs and automation systems.
Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, and complete manufacturing documentation.
Select suitable mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
Generate BOM and coordinate with production, procurement, and assembly teams.
Provide technical support during machine assembly, trials, and commissioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proven experience in SPM/automation machine design.
Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
Good understanding of mechanisms, pneumatics, hydraulics, and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and project execution skills.
