Job Description

Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support business objectives and ensure system reliability
. - Oversee the administration and optimization of Splunk to enhance data analytics and monitoring capabilities.
- Provide expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Grafana to visualize system metrics and performance data.
- Implement and manage ELK stack solutions to streamline log management and analysis.
- Utilize Dynatrace AppMon to monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and system performance.
- Contribute to the company's purpose by ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure that supports business growth. Qualifications -
- Possess a strong background in Splunk Admin with the ability to optimize and manage data analytics.
- Demonstrate expertise in Site Reliability Engineering to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Have experience in creating and maintaining Grafana dashboards for effective data visualization.
- Be proficient in implementing and managing ELK stack solutions for efficient log management.
- Show proficiency in using Dynatrace AppMon for application performance monitoring.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
