Job Summary


8-10 years of functional and non-functional testing experience in complex projects, with knowledge on automation framework creation. Solid knowledge of core JAVA, Java Script, SQL, Shell scripting and Hands-on experience with following automated build/testing tools

Seleniu Cucumber BDD (JBehave) Gherkin XML Cypress API Automation (Rest Assured) GIT JIRA/Confluence Agile Methodology Exposure Good exposure on Database testing concepts Familiar with DevOps CI/CD (Jenkins/Groovy) Good understanding of Java/JEE tech stack based applications Integration technology expertise - API, FTP, WebSerices & Messaging Banking or Financial service industry experience

Good to have

Exposure to automated testing on microservices architecture Understanding of cloud computing solutions Python Jmeter

Key Responsibilities


Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities within a scrum when working with Agile teams Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source and/or relevant tools Test data/Environment setup in-coordination with upstream/downstream teams Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products/application to meet client needs Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities, test coverage and open defect counts Create and maintain relevant documents as required by SCB SDLC control process
