The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

  • Leading large projects with multiple teams, applications, and stakeholders.
  • Own all the OFSAA related deliveries across different instances for various regions.
  • Work closely with developers / development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT solutions for them.
  • Work with other business analysts (e.g. Operations, change management team) on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing.
  • Ensure a continuous learning and growth curve for the team members on various domain / technology related subjects.
  • Grow the team by following a continuous training cycle. Upgrade the training agenda and curriculum to reflect the latest OFSAA versions Essential Competencies.
  • Prior experience of working with global financial institution in Regulatory / Risk functions.
  • Basic understanding of Basel regulations, Finance and Accounting, Investment banking, Retail Banking.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key Stakeholders
  • Upstream Systems like EDMP, EBBS, SCPay, Dot opal and other payment systems
Our Ideal Candidate
  • BE / B.Tech.
  • Relevant experience of 12 - 18 years of experience.
  • 10 years of Mantas / OFSAA experience in AML / Data Miner or System Engineer.
  • Experience in OFSAA financial solution and FCCM implementation.
  • Strong understanding on the OFSAA data model, dimension management and enterprise data warehouse knowledge.
  • Excellent exposure to FSDM and ECM Data model.
  • Experience in define and build the OFSAA data architecture and sourcing strategy to ensure accuracy, integrity, and data quality.
  • Strong in OFSAA data management tools knowledge (F2T / T2T / PLT / SCD\xe2\x80\x99s).
  • Experience in Oracle SQL, PLSQL and shell scripting mandatory.
  • Experience in FCCM scenarios development and performance tuning.
  • Prior experience on OFSAA upgrade preferably OFSAA 8.x onwards.
  • Automation strategy and POC to be done on all manual work within the team.
  • Provide support to other initiatives as and when required.
  • Right attitude to learn and be a team player.
Added Advantage
  • Installation of OFSAA products in standalone and cloud environment
  • Exposure to model-based monitoring (FCCM studios)
  • Exposure to ECM
Preferred professional certification like ACAMS is added advantage.
