KEY AREAS OF FOCUS

OPERATIONAL - Splicer

Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.

Report on time to duty & detail reporting on MTS.

Coordination with labours & splicing technician

Will coordinate with supervisor regarding ongoing project.

Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Project Manager as applicable

Rectifying the faulty fiber as per SLA with clients.

Ensure proper cleaving & splicing

Ensure safely & maintenance of splicing machine, OTDR machine, tool kit & inverter

Ensure calibration of splicing machine

Ensure proper maintenance of electrodes

Ensure proper cleaning & settings of OTDR machine

Take backup of OTDR reports

Prepare Splicing chart

Prepare OTDR report / Bi-directional report

Ready to work on cable for aerial route

Meet / exceed client requirements

Meet / exceed operational targets.

Ready to be on call 24*7

Ensure timely completion of project

Maintain all records as per ISO standards

Adhere to all ISO policies & processes

Adhere to company & departmental polices & procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance, procedures, etc

Ensure data confidentially, integrity & protection of company's property

Performs any other work assigned by the Management from time to time as per organizational priority

Assist the project manager /supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc.

Upon request, participate and contribute in review meetings

Helping the driver to keep the company vehicles clean & properly maintained by performing regular washing & cleaning before leaving the office & vehicle maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,916.47 - ?24,000.00 per month
