About Auction:

The Auction platform at Spinny enables us to sell directly to other used car retailers through online auctions. It follows a C2B- >B2B model. If a Car that is procured does not satisfy either of the quality criteria of our other categories Assured, Truebil and Max, it is sold to other used car retailers through this platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

- End to end working and tracking of day to day operations in the Auctions vertical Pan-India.

- Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems in the Auctions vertical

- Coordinating and managing on-ground teams during document verification, car-pickup and delivery stages.

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 yrs. of professional work experience in ground operations or central operation roles in startups.

- Tier 1 - PG/UG degree.

- Should have exceptional problem solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong people management and leadership skills

- Excellent articulation, communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion to work in a high growth environment in a high ownership role.
