The Spinning Technician is responsible for monitoring, and maintaining spinning machinery to ensure continuous production, quality output, and smooth process flow in the spinning department.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of spinning machines such as Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, Simplex, Ring Frame, and Auto Coner.
Identify and rectify mechanical faults in machines and auxiliary equipment.
Perform routine machine cleaning, piecing, and setting adjustments.
Check and maintain process parameters as per standards.
Education Qualification
ITI - Fitter
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
