Job Description

A Shift In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all activities during an assigned shift. Their duties include supervising staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring that productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. They coordinate workflow, handle customer or operational issues, and make quick decisions to resolve problems that arise during the shift. The Shift In-Charge also maintains accurate shift reports, monitors inventory levels, ensures proper use of equipment, and enforces company policies and procedures. Additionally, they act as a communication link between management and staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective shift operations.
