As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving successful solution implementations within our organization. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Oversee the technical aspects of solution deployment providing guidance and support to the project team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective technical solutions.
Provide expert insights on SFDC Sales Cloud capabilities optimizing its use to enhance business processes.
Ensure seamless integration of SFDC Sales Cloud with existing systems maintaining data integrity and consistency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution implementations ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users ensuring they are equipped to utilize the new systems effectively.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Support the finance and accounting teams by integrating order management processes within the SFDC Sales Cloud.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technical knowledge to enhance system functionality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the implementation process.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in solution implementation with a focus on SFDC Sales Cloud.
Demonstrate technical knowledge in system integration and optimization.
Have a background in order to cash order management enhancing domain expertise.
Experience in finance and accounting processes is a plus.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
